Let’s begin! Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Welcome! You are exactly where YOU need to be.

What is Psychosomatic Therapy?

Psychosomatic therapy is an approach that explores the relationship between the body and the mind, recognizing that physical symptoms are often a reflection of emotional, psychological, or social stressors. For example, someone experiencing chronic pain, anxiety, or digestive issues may find that unresolved emotional tension plays a significant role in their discomfort. In my work, we examine these patterns, helping the body release trapped emotions and addressing the underlying psychological causes of these symptoms.

Unlike traditional therapies that focus solely on the mind,  psychosomatic therapy looks at the mental, the physical, and the emotional body as integral parts of a whole. It’s about listening—to the words people say, the emotions behind the words, and the language of the body itself. This whole-listic approach allows us to access deeper layers of healing, often leading to balanced long-term transformations, deep self awareness, emotional well-being and physical health.

My Training & Influences

I am a certified psychosomatic practitioner, which means I’ve undergone extensive training to work with the mind-body connection. My studies have been both rigorous and enriching, guided by a wide range of techniques, from somatic experiencing and body-centered psychotherapy to mindfulness practices and neurobiology. But what has shaped me the most isn’t just academic knowledge—it’s the real-world application of this work.

I’ve worked with clients facing a variety of challenges—stress, chronic pain, anxiety, trauma, depression, and more. Over time, I’ve come to appreciate how unique each individual’s healing journey is. Each person brings their own story, their own emotional landscape, and their own physical responses. There is no "one size fits all" in my practice because there is no “one size fits all” in the real world! Who you are, the way that you are, where you come from, your story is welcomed. Together, we will co-create the approach that works best for you. YOU are the only one who unconsciously knows what you need and how you need it. My role is to listen to what your words, emotions, and body have to teach me so that I can help you access what you unconsciously know is missing. Nothing is done without your input. It's YOUR story, YOUR Journey.

The Healing Power of Connection

What I’ve learned through my practice is that healing often begins with connection: connection to ourselves, to our emotions, to our bodies. For many of us, we’ve been taught to separate mind and body, but when we begin to see them as partners in our well-being, profound shifts can occur. Through compassionate exploration, we can reconnect with parts of ourselves that have been hidden, neglected or misunderstood. The body’s wisdom is vast; we just need to listen.

I’m so passionate about this work! It’s not about relieving symptoms—it’s about facilitating a deeper connection to your whole self. This kind of integration often leads to greater peace, clarity, and vitality. This is such a beautiful process to support and witness.

What to Expect

If you choose to work with me, you can expect a safe, nurturing space where we will explore both your emotional and physical experience. We’ll look at how unresolved emotions may be showing up in your body and work together to create sustainable, healthy patterns. My goal is not to "fix" you, but to guide you toward your own innate capacity for healing. You are the expert on your body and your life, and I’m here to support you in uncovering the answers that already lie within you.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, emotional distress, or simply want to grow a deeper connection with yourself, psychosomatic therapy could be the key to unlocking the balanced connectedness you have been seeking.
